Shipping & Handling Options


Our website does not have live stock levels. Out of stock items will be cancelled from orders and will need to be reordered at a later time. In stock merchandise is normally shipped the business day after your order is placed. Free First Class Mail orders may take longer, especially during busy periods. Please let us know if you have an absolute delivery deadline. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships.

We offer free shipping via First Class Mail to addresses within the Continental United States when your order totals more than $25.00. Orders over $400 will be upgraded to UPS ground for free(within the Continental US). First Class Mail orders are the last to be processed and may take 2 to 3 business days to leave our facility. First Class Mail usually takes 3 to 10 business days to deliver, but it may be longer, especially during holiday periods.

UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2 Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, USPS Priority Mail ($8.50) and USPS First Class Mail ($3.95) are also offered. The website computes the actual shipping charges from UPS for these options. Please note that your order must be placed by 9:30 am Eastern time (7:30 am Mountain Time) to ship the same day. After this time, most paid shipping orders go out on the next business day, Monday – Friday. The date that the order is placed does NOT count as a shipping date. Ex: Next Day Air will not be delivered until the following business day if the order is placed before 9:30am EST(7:30am MST). If the order is placed after our deadline the order would not process until the next business day. Our offices are closed on the weekend.

UPS Worldwide Express and UPS Worldwide Expedited are offered for international orders, as well as UPS Standard to Canada, USPS First Class Mail to Canada ($10.50) and USPS Global Priority Mail ($34.50). The US Postal Service limits the value of Global Priority Mail packages to $400.00, so larger international orders must be shipped via UPS. All customs and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer

USPS is not an insured shipping method and Charm Factory is not responsible for lost, late, miss-delivered or stolen packages. If you prefer an insured method you will need to upgrade to the UPS carrier method. We also offer USPS Shipping Insurance for any package shipped with USPS. If the shipping insurance is not selected and a package is lost Charm Factory is not responsible.

Also, USPS does not guarantee their time frames. They are only estimated times and shipments with USPS may take longer during busier times of the year. UPS does guarantee their 3 day select, 2nd day air and Next day air shipments. Both methods are based on business days and not calendar days. USPS business days are currently Monday-Saturday. UPS business days are Monday-Friday only.

Returns Are Easy!
If you are not 100% satisfied, simply return your order to us within 30 days, and we’ll refund the entire purchase price.

We are not responsible for return shipping on returns. The return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please email us or call 866-867-5266 to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. (No returns will be accepted without this number.)

Items must be returned in like new condition. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

The return  period is within thirty days of purchase. After this period, we may accept a return but charge a 20% restocking fee.

Please note that engraved items, special orders, and custom items may not be returned or refunded.

Closeout items are non-refundable.

Exchanges are not accepted as we only offer a refund for the purchase price.
